ARTISAN AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT

I agree to rent a space in The Artisan Shop for 1 month at a rental of $66.00 (incl. GST) per month paid in advance plus 15% of sales. My work is 2D (wall) or 3D (tabletop or shelf).

I will pay by cash to staff or by bank deposit and understand that my goods will not be displayed until payment has been received.

I understand that I am required to volunteer in the shop at least two half day shifts or one full day shift per month.
